Hello, CAEA members and conference attendees!
The 2026 CAEA Fall Conference: Introactive - The Art of Resonance is almost here! Your CAEA Rep Council cannot wait to welcome you to Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, November 5–7, for three days of connection, creativity, professional learning, and plenty of art-making.
Please take a few minutes to review these details before heading to the mountains!
Before You Arrive
-
Check Whova for workshop descriptions, supply lists, materials fees, schedule updates, and room changes.

Using a school credit card for lodging? Have your school’s tax-exempt documentation and the Beaver Run tax-exempt affidavit ready before hotel check-in to help the process go smoothly.
-
Hotel check-in and conference check-in are separate. Visit CAEA registration to receive your conference name tag (third floor!)
-
Advanced Studio classes require separate, prepaid registration.

Save the Conference Center Map so you can find your way between creative adventures.
Conference Etiquette & Important Reminders
-
Please be kind and patient. Our conference is made possible by volunteers!
-
Wear your name tag at all CAEA workshops and sponsored events. Your name tag is your conference pass.
-
Unregistered guests may not enter workshops or exhibitor areas or attend conference events.
-
Workshop materials fees are paid directly to the presenter. Payment methods vary; please bring cash and have access to Venmo.
-
NEW REQUEST: Exit workshop rooms immediately after each session so presenters and volunteers can reset the space. Please do not remain in the room or save seats between sessions.
-
Regular workshops are first come, first served. Entry begins once the room is ready. Please respect room capacities and presenter directions. Adding it to your app schedule does not add you to the workshop.
-
Watch Whova for announcements, schedule changes, and pop-up workshops.
-

Keep an eye out for a little conference penguin mischief! Join in our Waddle & Win fun for a chance to earn prizes. Watch Whova and check the signs near registration for details!
