Renew your membership to receive the conference member discount. To receive membership/presenter discount you must be logged in to your account before you register. (membership login located in the upper right corner of the home page) Membership dues and conference registration are separate fees.

Registration may be canceled until September 4th, 2025 and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed. After September 4th, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

Please note: if you cancel your CAEA registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation or other travel arrangements.

CAEA is unable to refund registration fees due to inclement weather or communicable diseases.
