• Please note that membership dues and conference registration are separate fees.
• Be sure to renew your membership to receive the conference member discount. To receive membership discount you MUST be logged into your membership account BEFORE you register. (membership login located in the upper right corner of the home page) to receive a member discount.
• Registration may be canceled until September 4th, 2025 and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed.
After September 4th, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
• If you need ADA Accommodations, they MUST be requested at least 90 days in advance of the conference. We are a small volunteer run 501c3 and need 90 days lead time to accommodate your needs.
