• Please note that membership dues and conference registration are separate fees.

• Be sure to renew your membership to receive the conference member discount. To receive membership discount you MUST be logged into your membership account BEFORE you register. (membership login located in the upper right corner of the home page) to receive a member discount.

Registration may be canceled until September 11th, 2025 and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed. After September 11th, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

Please note: if you cancel your CAEA registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation or other travel arrangements.

CAEA is unable to refund registration fees due to inclement weather or communicable diseases.
