Membership dues and conference registration are separate fees.

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be canceled until September 11, 2026, and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed.

After September 11, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that canceling your CAEA conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation or other travel arrangements.

CAEA is unable to refund registration fees due to inclement weather or communicable diseases.
