  • We have an information table set up for advertising materials. Your brochure and or supplies can be mailed to Breckenridge and will be set out on a multi-venue table. You are responsible for shipping and receiving fees. Please send the materials to the conference site by Tuesday, November 1st, we will keep the materials stocked and on display.
  • One space booth available for set up for Thursday night Make and Take only
  • This option is a table exclusively for Art Mart.

Exhibitor Schedule

Wednesday (November 4)

  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibitor Set-Up
    (Exhibitor Hall closed to participants)

Thursday (November 5)

  • 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibitor Hall Open
  • 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Break
  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Conference Kickoff Reception – “Make & Take & Art”

The Thursday evening reception is a highlight of the conference and a great opportunity to connect with attendees. Exhibitors are encouraged to host a hands-on “Make & Take” activity that showcases your materials in an engaging, interactive way.

  • Cocktails and appetizers will be provided by CAEA
  • Two cash bars will be located inside the Exhibitor Hall
  • Food will be passed throughout the space

If your organization is unable to offer a “Make & Take,” please consider hosting an interactive element such as a game, activity, or giveaway (no raffles, please).

Tip: Consider bringing an extra table to create a dedicated space for attendees to sit, create, and explore your products.

Friday (November 6)

Saturday (November 7)

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Exhibitor Hall Open

⚠️ Important: All exhibitors are required to remain set up until 3:00 PM on Saturday.

An additional fee may apply for early departure without notice.

      Shipping & Freight Information

      • Shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight) should arrive the week before the conference

      Cancellation Fee BEFORE September 1st, 2026 is $100, after September 1st, 2026 no refunds will be processed.
