Wednesday (November 4)
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibitor Set-Up
(Exhibitor Hall closed to participants)
Thursday (November 5)
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibitor Hall Open
- 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Break
- 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Conference Kickoff Reception – “Make & Take & Art”
The Thursday evening reception is a highlight of the conference and a great opportunity to connect with attendees. Exhibitors are encouraged to host a hands-on “Make & Take” activity that showcases your materials in an engaging, interactive way.
- Cocktails and appetizers will be provided by CAEA
- Two cash bars will be located inside the Exhibitor Hall
- Food will be passed throughout the space
If your organization is unable to offer a “Make & Take,” please consider hosting an interactive element such as a game, activity, or giveaway (no raffles, please).
Tip: Consider bringing an extra table to create a dedicated space for attendees to sit, create, and explore your products.

⚠️ Important: All exhibitors are required to remain set up until 3:00 PM on Saturday.

- Check with your carrier: some freight companies do not service Breckenridge daily—plan accordingly
